Terms and Conditions for Brownsky Photography and Videography
Thank you for choosing Brownsky Photography and Videography for your special moments. By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Booking and Reservation:
1.1 To secure our services for your wedding date, a non-refundable booking fee of 30% of the total package price is required.
1.2 The remaining balance must be settled at least two weeks before the wedding date.
1.3 In the event of cancellation, the booking fee is non-refundable. Cancellations made less than one month before the wedding date will incur a 50% charge of the total package price.
2. Coverage:
2.1 The start and end times for photography and videography coverage will be agreed upon in advance.
2.2 Any overtime requested on the day of the event will be billed at an additional hourly rate.
2.3 The client agrees to provide a meal for the photography and videography team if the coverage extends through mealtime.
3. Image and Video Delivery:
3.1 All final edited images and videos will be delivered within six weeks of the wedding date.
3.2 The client will receive a digital download link to access and download high-resolution images and videos.
3.3 Brownsky Photography and Videography reserves the right to use select images for promotional purposes on the website and social media unless otherwise specified by the client.
4. Copyright and Usage:
4.1 Brownsky Photography and Videography retains the copyright to all images and videos.
4.2 The client is granted personal usage rights to print and share the images and videos for non-commercial purposes.
4.3 Any commercial use of the images and videos requires written consent from Brownsky Photography and Videography.
5. Equipment and Backup:
5.1 Brownsky Photography and Videography will bring professional-grade equipment for capturing images and videos.
5.2 While every effort will be made to ensure the safety of the equipment, Brownsky Photography and Videography will not be held responsible for equipment failure beyond their control.
6. Force Majeure:
6.1 Brownsky Photography and Videography will not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, accidents, or government actions.
7. Payment:
7.1 Payment can be made via bank transfer or another method agreed upon by both parties.
7.2 Brownsky Photography and Videography reserves the right to withhold the delivery of images and videos until full payment is received.
By engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. Brownsky Photography and Videography reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and any changes will be communicated to clients in a timely manner.
